Syringe Sicko Charged With Squirting Spree
Cops: Female victims sprayed in two stores

SEPTEMBER 19--Meet Sean Uribe, a leading candidate for Dirtbag of the Month.
In two separate incidents, cops allege, Uribe, 35, followed female victims around Miami, Florida department stores and used a “medical syringe” to squirt an unknown liquid on the buttocks of his targets.
While brandishing the syringe in one hand, Uribe was filming the vile acts with his cellphone.
According to police reports, Uribe squirted a juvenile in late-June at a Ross Dress for Less store. The girl told cops that other shoppers alerted her that a man used a syringe to “excrete an unknown liquid on her buttocks and began filming her.” The suspect fled after witnesses contacted store employees. The episode--which was captured by a store surveillance camera--left a liquid stain on the girl’s jean shorts.
Late last month, cops began investigating a battery at a Marshalls store that mirrored the June incident. The male suspect approached a woman from behind and used a syringe to “spray an unknown substance on the victim’s left buttocks area.” The man, who appeared to be recording the victim, matched a physical description of the suspect in the earlier crime (and was wearing an identical Miami Dolphins baseball cap).
The victim in the August 29 incident “was in shock and before she could confront the male, he walks away from her and out of the store.” She later picked Uribe out of a police photo lineup.
Pictured above, Uribe was arrested last week and charged with battery on a child, a felony, two misdemeanor battery counts, and a felony tampering with evidence charge. Uribe posted bond yesterday and will be subject to house arrest. A judge previously ordered him to stay away from the victims and the department stores.
During a post-arrest interview, Uribe reportedly confessed and said the liquid in the syringes was Cetaphil, a moisturizing lotion. He also claimed to have deleted “all videos” from his phone.
While in custody, Uribe was allowed to use his phone to call his father. During that conversation--which was recorded by police--Uribe directed his parent to go to the family residence where he had been staying and remove hard drives. “I need you to get them and fucking hide them...put them under lock and key.”
Uribe’s father, however, arrived at the residence after a cop was dispatched to secure the property. A subsequent search of the home turned up hard drives “in the exact location where the defendant explained to his father” they would be.
Investigators also seized “three medical syringes containing a viscous white liquid consistent with that of semen,” clothing, and other “potential forensic evidence.” The contents of the confiscated hard drives are being reviewed by police and could result in additional charges. (6 pages)
